ABOUT US:

History Glimpses...

The RCLA MARU ARCHITECTS CO. is General Partnership Architectural Consultancy and Construction Firm,  registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.   It had gone thru a transition from the previous Evangelista-Lamasan and Associates in the year 1995 and with the RC LAMASAN and Associates (RCLA Architects) as  an Architectural Design-Build Firm  in 2002. It had also partnered with MARU BUILDERS in 2008  Finaly,  It became a General Partnership Architects Company in 2015 and Accredited with the Philippine Contractor’s Accreditation Board  (PCAB) on February 22, 2016 with the Mission to cater to Clients requiring DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION and  DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES. 

Our Mandate

RCLA MARU ARCHITECTS CO. being  engaged  in Architectural Professional Consultancy  Services and Construction Business is mandated by the Securities and Exchange  Commission ( SEC) to do Construction Business as follows:

To carry on and conduct a general construction business including the construction, enlarging, remodeling, developing  operation and maintenance or otherwise engaging other work upon, buildings, roads, highways, sidewalks, airfield, bridges, piers, dams, public markets, irrigation systems, waterworks, railroads, railway structures, manufacturing plants or other public improvements. To engage in iron, steel, wood, bricks, concrete, stone, cement, masonry and earth construction. To manufacture and / or furnish the building material, equipment and supplies connected therewith. To enter into and execute contracts or to receive assignments of contract therefore or relating thereto and to do and perform any and all acts and things necessary, proper & convenient furtherance and/or implementation of the purpose of the partnership.

Our Design

We are consistent  on the  Classical Filipino Style as shown in the  simplified facade, clean lines, wide openings and compact building envelop.  Starting the year 2013, the RCLA MARU ARCHITECTS CO. had manifested ZEN, as a Practical Concept both for Filipino Homes and Offices. High-end Interior Designs and Condominium  Projects showed a sharp yet harmonizing contrast in the use of Warm and Home-like Wood and other softening   Indigenous Materials with the Sleek effect of Glass and Steel   These are  made more distinctive with the Firm,  being updated with the latest trends in construction methods  & materials.

The RCLA MARU DESIGN-BUILD Projects are distinctive High-End Residential, Commercial Buildings, School Buildings and Resort Condotel and beaming Restaurant Interiors. The Interior Design  and Construction had shown -  an Artist’s  master piece in expressing beauty in its details while employing the latest construction methods to deliver the project with the shortest time possible and good quality in a lower cost. These are accomplished thru individualized Client dealing and hands-on focus on each project.
